REFUNDS POLICY. We value our reputation and your good opinion of the products we supply. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality and performance of the products supplied, you have seven days (from receipt of the goods) in which to cancel your order, and to request a refund or a credit back to your credit card account. In the unlikely event that you wish to avail yourself of this facility, you should advise us by email, info@personal-alarms.biz as we may be able to send you a replacement item without the need for a return. But if you are returning part or all of your order, please do ensure you get a proof of posting ticket, and do advise us when and why you are doing so. We will then contact you to discuss the problem and arrange a refund (plus postage incurred) or a re-supply of goods, whichever you prefer.
